Dustin Schanaker was born and rasied in Chandler, Arizona. After graduation law school, he has been practicing law with Fowler St. Clair for five years. He now handles almost all of the firm’s estate planning and probate work. With an M.B.A., Dustin also works with small business owners for business planning and succession to make sure the business has all of their legal needs covered.
This seminar will discuss the importance of estate planning as a mechanism to protect a person’s assets from several issues arising with one’s death. These problems include intestate succession, blended families, and probate. He wil provide an overview of Trusts, Wills, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, and General Durable Powers of Attorney, explaining the use of each document and the benefits they provide.
