Ship AI: GTM Engineering
Workuity co-hosts and sponsors Ship AI at Workuity 24th & Camelback. Session one of Zero to Launch, a six-part go-to-market program that ends in a launch hackathon in October. Santos Hernandez walks the whole framework end to end: the three acts, funnel modeling, and where B2C and B2B split. A presentation with a live build. Sit and watch, or open a laptop and map your own product. Free to attend.
Ship AI: GTM Engineering
Workuity is proud to co-host and sponsor Ship AI (https://www.shipai.club/) at Workuity 24th & Camelback.
Ship AI is a free, community-run AI education project for builders. Its current program is Zero to Launch: six sessions that build a complete go-to-market framework, then a hackathon in October where you don't build, you launch. This is session one.
Most builders pick tactics before they have a model. An ad account before a funnel, a blog before a keyword, a pricing page before unit economics. Session one gives you the model first, so every session after it has somewhere to land.
What Santos covers:
1. The three acts. Launch, Grow, Optimize, and the failure mode of skipping straight to the third.
2. Funnel modeling. Measuring every stage rather than the last one, and which numbers lie to you.
3. GTM engineering versus marketing. Programmatic SEO, automated attribution and community distribution, against buying ads and hiring salespeople.
4. B2C and B2B side by side. Nearly every framework splits here. You get both, and the next two sessions go deep on each.
5. Program mechanics. The open-source repo, the skill files, and how the hackathon weekend works.
Format: Santos presents and builds live on screen. Bring a laptop and work along if you want to, or just watch. Nobody is put on the spot, asked to share, or made to present.
You leave with the full framework and a clear picture of what a roadmap to October looks like. Slides, a follow-along guide and the skill files are published free, whether you make it to the room or not.
Every session is free and public whether you compete in October or not, and each one stands alone. Dropping into a single session is a perfectly normal way to show up.
