Ship AI Hackathon: Zero to Launch
Workuity co-hosts and sponsors the Ship AI Zero to Launch hackathon at Workuity 24th & Camelback, October 16 to 18. Three days where you don't build, you launch. Bring the product you've been sitting on: Friday you lock a launch plan, Saturday you execute it, Sunday you show what it produced. Judged on what shipped, not what you demoed. Free, teams of one to four.
Ship AI Hackathon: Zero to Launch
Workuity is proud to co-host and sponsor the Ship AI Zero to Launch hackathon (https://www.shipai.club/hackathon) at Workuity 24th & Camelback.
You've been building for months and launched nothing. Most hackathons reward building something new in 48 hours and it dies on Monday. This one inverts that. The code is the part you already have. What you're missing is a launch, and that's the whole deliverable.
It closes out Zero to Launch, a ten-week go-to-market program of six free Wednesday sessions. Half-built is fine on the Friday. Live is the point by Sunday.
Friday, October 16: kickoff and launch plans.
6:00 doors, food and check-in. 6:30 kickoff, including a condensed run of the framework for anyone joining fresh. 7:00 launch rehearsal, run as a room, where every plan gets broken on purpose. 7:45 sixty-second pitches. 8:15 team formation. 8:45 launch plans locked and posted so the room can hold you to them. 9:15 building starts.
Saturday, October 17: launch day.
9:00 doors. 9:30 launch clinic on the last mile. 10:15 build time with 1:1 mentor rotations running all day on sites, performance, paid acquisition, B2B sales, content and design. 12:00 lunch. 1:00 launches go live, with the room as a war room. From 3:00, you act on what the channel is telling you rather than admiring it.
Sunday, October 18: ship and pitch.
9:00 final build block. 12:00 submissions close, hard deadline. 1:00 pitches, five minutes plus three of questions with the live product on screen. 3:30 judging. 4:00 awards and closing.
Six things you leave with: a positioning brief that holds up, an elevator pitch you've delivered on the clock, a live marketing site with real copy, a public launch executed during the weekend, one repeatable growth channel with numbers attached, and receipts. Flat is a valid result if you can show what you learned.
Prizes run across five categories, one judged award per team. The pool is cash plus in-kind and grows with sponsorship.
Free, teams of one to four. You don't need to have attended the Wednesday sessions.
