Definitions
“We” or “us” or “Workuity” means Cowork LLC. Your Event Membership is contracted with Cowork LLC regardless of which Workuity location you attend events at.
“You” or “Member” means the individual accepting this agreement.
“Center For AI Excellence” means Workuity’s membership program of AI education and community programming.
“Events” means the Center For AI Excellence sessions, workshops, and gatherings, including the AI Exchange and related programming.

Chandler: 3133 W Frye Rd, Suite 101, Chandler, AZ 85226
1. What Your Membership Includes
Subject to the terms of this agreement, your Event Membership provides:
- Access to attend Center For AI Excellence Events at either Workuity location, subject to scheduling, capacity, and any required registration.
- Lunch provided at Events where indicated.
- Access to Event recordings and resource materials through the Center For AI Excellence Resource Library at workuity.com/resource-library, as published and updated from time to time.
This is access to programming, not a guaranteed deliverable. We may modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel any Event, topic, speaker, format, or location, and we do not guarantee any specific number, frequency, or content of Events.
2. What Your Membership Does Not Include
This is a community and events membership only. It does not include:
- Any workspace, coworking, desk, or office access.
- Business mail, package handling, mail forwarding, or virtual mail services.
- Parking.
- Conference or meeting room use, other than the room used to host the Event you are attending.
- Any third-party AI software licenses or subscriptions. No ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar accounts are provided. The value of this membership is community and AI education programming.
3. Fees and Billing
Membership Fee. The membership fee is $100 per month, billed monthly in advance on the first business day of the month. This is a monthly subscription that renews monthly. Your first payment is prorated: if your membership starts partway through a month, you pay only for the number of days remaining in that month.
Form of payment. We accept payment by direct ACH or by credit or debit card. You must keep your payment method current. A credit card decline may result in a decline fee and, if the fee remains unpaid, suspension of access.
Changes to fees. The membership fee is subject to increase. We will notify you at least 30 days before any such change.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime by notice to us by email or through the member portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then current paid month. You will not be entitled to proration or refund of the current month. We may suspend or terminate your membership for non-payment or for violation of this agreement.
5. Conduct at Events
You agree to behave respectfully and to follow all venue rules and staff instructions. You will not engage in any activity that is illegal, offensive, or disruptive or dangerous to other attendees, their guests, or their property. You will register any guests according to our policies. We may remove you or decline entry, and may suspend or terminate your membership, for any violation. For security reasons, we may record video in certain areas.
6. Releases and Liability
Waiver of Claims and Media Release. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any and all claims and rights against us and our affiliates, and our and their members, officers, and directors, resulting from injury or damage to, or destruction, theft, or loss of property or person, arising from your attendance at Events. You acknowledge that we may create media, including video and photography, at Events in which you may appear, and we may use this media in our promotional materials without further waiver.
Limitation of Liability. The aggregate monetary liability of us or our affiliates to you for any reason and for all causes of action will not exceed the total fees paid by you under this agreement. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. You may not commence any action against us unless it is commenced within one year of the cause of action’s accrual.
Indemnification. You will indemnify us and our affiliates against any claims, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your breach of this agreement or from your actions or omissions or those of your guests.
Class Action Waiver. Any proceeding to resolve a dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any representative capacity.
7. Miscellaneous
Nature of the Agreement. This agreement grants no title, possession, tenancy interest, leasehold estate, or other real property interest, and creates no fiduciary, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Updates to the Agreement. We may update this agreement from time to time and will provide notice. You will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms one full calendar month after the date of notice. Continued membership beyond that time constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any action will be litigated in courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, to the extent permitted by law. You irrevocably waive any right to a jury trial.
Notices, Separability, Survival, Attorneys’ Fees, No Assignment. Notices are given by email and are effective the first business day after being sent. Each provision is separable. Provisions reasonably expected to survive termination will do so. If any action is brought in connection with this agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior consent. We may assign or transfer this agreement, and the servicing of your membership, to an affiliated entity, including Cowork Chandler LLC, in our discretion with notice to you.
Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding to payment during enrollment at workuity.com, you agree to this Center For AI Excellence Event Member Agreement and the Workuity Privacy Policy. You understand that your membership renews monthly and that you may cancel anytime. The acceptance box is the binding acceptance of this agreement, and the date and version are recorded at the time of acceptance.
