Most people don't need more AI headlines.
They need time with someone who knows.
Workuity AI Office Hours are one-on-one AI sessions, included with every membership. Each week, members book 15 to 60 minutes with a senior engineer from automationinterns.com and work on real business problems: writing prompts that hold up, automating a workflow you do by hand, connecting the tools you already use, or standing up your first AI agent. You leave with something built, fixed, or shipped.
Book your time. Bring real work. Leave with it done.
AI Office Hours work the way the name suggests: dedicated time with an expert. Members reserve a slot during weekly hours, anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes, bring a real task, and build alongside a senior engineer from automationinterns.com. There's no curriculum to keep up with and no group to wait for. The whole session is about your work.
Reserve your time
Pick 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes and reserve a one-on-one slot on-site, the same way members book a meeting room.
Bring the real thing
Your laptop, the tools you use, and one problem worth solving. A bottleneck, an idea, a half-built workflow.
Build side by side
Work directly with a specialist on prompts, automations, connectors, or an agent, tuned to how your business actually runs.
Walk out with progress
A working draft, a live automation, or a clear next step. Then come back next week and push it further.
Senior engineers from automationinterns.com.
AI Office Hours are staffed by automationinterns.com, a Tempe AI automation company that builds AI agents, workflow automations, websites and apps for Phoenix-area businesses. Their ASU engineering grads and top students work inside local companies every week, guided by senior engineers.
Jon Schack
Jon is the engineer of the two founders. At the Workuity AI Exchange he showed the automation layer behind the company's own CRM: a Gemini flow that transcribes a qualifying call and lands the write-up where the CRM can use it. He also runs the Cracked Claude Cowork and Codex Club, a monthly night for builders that Workuity hosts at 24th & Camelback.
Liam Floyd
Liam leads sales and business development, finding the repetitive work inside a business and turning it into a buildable project. He came up through commercial real estate brokerage, construction and operations. At the Workuity AI Exchange he opened the CRM his company runs on, built in Claude Code in about five hours and fewer than fifty prompts.
Bring anything. Here's where members usually start.
Sessions are built around real business use cases, named tools, and the work in front of you, from your very first prompt to a multi-step agent. A few of the things members bring to the table:
Prompts that hold up
Set up ChatGPT Custom Instructions, a Claude profile and CLAUDE.md, or Gemini Saved Info so the tool actually knows your business and stops giving generic answers.
Automate the busywork
Wire up a Zapier or Make flow to handle the repetitive task you do by hand every week, from intake forms to follow-up emails.
Connect your tools
Use connectors and MCP to let your AI reach your real data: your CRM, your spreadsheets, your calendar, your inbox.
Build your first agent
Go from chatting with AI to an agent that completes a task end to end. We help you scope it, build it, and test it safely.
Document a process
Turn how you do something into a repeatable, AI-assisted system your team can run, with the steps written down once and reused.
Fix what's half-built
Bring the workflow, custom GPT, or automation you started but couldn't quite finish. We debug it with you until it runs.
Phoenix charges by the hour for this. For members, it's included.
AI consultants across Phoenix charge $150 to $300 an hour, or monthly retainers, for hands-on help building the same prompts, automations, and agents. At Workuity, it's part of your membership, every week, in person, at both locations.

AI Office Hours are for the people who benefit most from applied help inside a premium workspace: small business owners, founders, consultants, and professional teams who want to put AI to work this week, without hiring an engineer or wading through another course. You bring the business knowledge. The engineers bring the AI fluency. Together you build the thing.
Two locations. Every week.
AI Office Hours run weekly at both Workuity locations and expand as demand grows. Biltmore sessions follow the Workuity AI Exchange lunch, so you can learn what's possible at noon and build it that same afternoon.
