Private offices for individuals up to teams of 20+. Biltmore offers enclaves, small (1–3), medium (4–7), and team (8+) offices. Chandler offers offices for 1 person up to 9+. Any office can be extended with $50/mo flex coworking seats, a 4-person office can support a team of 20 by adding 16 flex seats.
What is the minimum lease term?
Month-to-month agreements are available on all plans. 6-month and 12-month terms come with preferred rates. Regardless of your term, you can grow or shrink with just 30 days' notice, Workuity never penalizes you for right-sizing.
Can I add team members without upgrading?
Yes, add flex seats for $50/person/month. Each flex member gets full coworking access: shared desks, conference rooms, kitchen, printing, coffee, and all amenities plus AI Excellence programming. A 4-person office can support a team of 20. Add or remove with 30 days' notice.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
With 30 days' notice, move to a larger or smaller office, adjust flex seats, or make other changes, even on a longer-term agreement. No penalties for right-sizing your space. This applies to all private office members at both locations.
What is the Center For AI Excellence?
Workuity's integrated AI program includes the AI Exchange (weekly hands-on workshops), the Executive Boardroom (C-suite speakers), and special events including AI agent hackathons. The Workuity founder personally leads the AI Exchange sessions on-site.
