What is the Center For AI Excellence?
The Center For AI Excellence is Workuity’s AI community in Phoenix. It includes the weekly AI Exchange workshops, a monthly Executive Boardroom session, and a community of entrepreneurs, small business owners, and AI builders at Workuity Biltmore and Chandler.
Do I need a Workuity coworking or private office membership to join?
No. Any of the four paths gives you access. Existing Workuity coworking or private office members get the Center For AI Excellence included free. Non-members can join through the Event Member ($100 / month) or Member-Coworking Plus ($200 / month) paths, or apply for a Founding Private Office at locked-in founding rates.
What is the difference between Event Member and Member-Coworking Plus?
Event Member ($100 / month) is the sponsorship-style path. It gives you event access, sponsor-wall recognition, a guaranteed Executive Boardroom seat, and Biltmore garage parking validation. It does not include coworking. Member-Coworking Plus (starts at $200 / month) is a full coworking membership for remote workers and professionals who want a working home in Phoenix’s AI community, with all Event Member benefits included plus a C-Suite Network membership and two monthly meeting room credits.
Where are the Workuity locations?
Workuity has two Phoenix locations: Workuity Biltmore at 2390 E. Camelback Rd, Suite 130, Phoenix, AZ 85016, and Workuity Chandler at 3133 W. Frye Rd, Suite 101, Chandler, AZ 85226.
How often does the AI Exchange meet?
The AI Exchange runs every Tuesday at Biltmore and every Wednesday at Chandler, both at noon, with lunch included. The Executive Boardroom is a monthly senior-level session at Biltmore on the second Tuesday of each month from 3 to 5 PM. See all upcoming events for the current schedule.
Who is the Founding Private Office for?
Founding Private Office is for AI-forward teams (typically 2 to 10 people) that want to make Workuity their headquarters at locked-in founding rates for 24 months. The cohort is curated by application. Active community membership and leading one AI Exchange session per quarter are part of the role.
