AI EXCHANGE · COMPLETE SESSION
Meet Your AI Sales Analyst
About this session
Sales is not a money problem. It's a trust problem. Dallon Schultz built this session around that line, and around a $200,000 mistake of his own. He walks through the four steps he uses to decide what is worth automating, the knowledge base behind his AI sales analyst, and the prompt he hands the room to build their own.

Sales is not a money problem. It's a trust problem. Dallon Schultz, Co-Founder and CEO of Capitallyst Pro, built this AI Exchange around that line, and he earns it early with a story about himself rather than a client.
An investor had the money ready. Then three months of silence, and when they finally reconnected: "I wish you'd called me two weeks ago. I forgot what we talked about." Two hundred thousand dollars. Dallon's question to the room is the useful part. Was that the investor's fault, or his?
From there the session gets practical. The four steps he runs before automating anything: identify the friction, work out what it is costing, determine the real priority, and confirm there is already a clear process for AI to amplify. He is blunt that a tool cannot fix a process that does not exist, and equally blunt about the trap on the other side, the one where you build at one in the morning until the thing is far more complicated than the problem it was meant to solve. Build it, then simplify it.
The back half is the build itself. The knowledge base he assembled, the project he set up, the transcription service that feeds it, and a live read through a real lead intelligence brief: engagement scoring, behavioral flags, deal qualification, gap diagnosis, and the analyst's note that tells him what he missed. He is careful about how far it goes. AI gets you eighty to eighty-five percent of the way. The rest is still the skill.
Two counterintuitive turns close it out. Stop leading with AI, because his own conversations went nowhere until his team started asking about the sales process instead. And on selling generally: you are not the hero of the story, you are the guide.
Dallon supplied the prompt he demonstrates, and it is published below in full.
