What to expect on the next page

- You'll have 10 minutes to complete payment. Plenty of time, but the page will say so.
- The form takes a card number, expiration, CVV, and a billing address. Standard payment fields.

UX issues to discuss based on this real-page capture:
- Merchant name shown is "COWORK-BILTMORE LLC" or "COWORK-CHANDLER LLC", not "Workuity." This is the legal entity. Customer may be momentarily confused. The interstitial (Step 3) addresses this with explicit copy.
- Email shown is "emilyg@marcusinvestments.com", an internal employee at the parent investment company. Visible to every customer at this stage. We may want to ask Yardi if this is configurable to a generic Workuity address.
- Session timer ("09:51 minutes left") creates mild anxiety. We can't remove it, but our interstitial sets the expectation so the customer isn't surprised.
- No Workuity branding on the page itself. White / Yardi default. Mitigated by short time on page (most customers complete in under 90 seconds) and the brand-bracketing of our Workuity-styled steps before and after.
- Yellow Save button (#fdd835 or close) actually matches Workuity's brand yellow. Coincidental but reduces visual jarring.
- Layout is clean, professional, PCI DSS compliant. Not ugly. Not as polished as Stripe Checkout but acceptable.
