Dominic leads the day to day operations and oversees the marketing, branding, and organizational strategy to successfully execute the Kozee Vision and Mission. Having his own life changed by technology that enabled him to hear better and adapt to the world in a simpler way, Dominic firmly believes that technology can shape how people manage their lives and their homes. He has spoken to several audiences, and his work with companies and non-profits have been featured on major media outlets, radio, podcasts and internet publications.Dominic sits on several boards and currently chairs the Diversity Leadership Alliance, which focuses on leadership development and diversity awareness for over 150 underprivileged and undeserved high school youth. Dominic loves spending time with his family, a baby girl that grows too fast, and taking their yellow lab, Plato, on long walks (while checking emails and growing Kozee).
Ryan Sanford
Co-Founder and VP (The Home Service Expert)As Co-Founder and VP, Ryan oversees Service Partner On-Boarding and Product Development for Kozee. Prior to Kozee, Ryan was President of a growing HVAC firm and has served as Sales Manager and Technician for several prominent Home Service Providers. Under Ryan’s direction, many service firms were able to break into new sales and operations by providing innovative sales methodologies to their services.Ryan’s experience also extends to eCommerce and was also the Founder and President of Cadillac Shoe Company, an e-commerce enterprise for designer men’s shoes. During this period of expansion, Ryan developed a passion for the freedom that being an entrepreneur gave him.Ryan has volunteered his time with several local organizations and successfully completed the SEEDSPOT impact venture program as well as serving on the operations team for Phoenix Startup Week, the largest entrepreneurship event in Arizona. When Ryan isn’t working to build Kozee, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, two dogs and enjoying all that Phoenix has to offer. His favorite things to do are drive fast cars, cycle, travel and try new restaurants.
Mahesh Vinayagam
CTO (The Artificial Intelligence Genius)As the CTO/CIO of Kozee, Mahesh oversees the overall technology, artificial intelligence and data strategy for Kozee. Mahesh is a Technology industry veteran with over 20 years performing various leadership roles for Syntel Inc. He successfully led the firm’s largest client account for many years helping them achieve significant revenue growth in his illustrious tenure with them. He led initiatives across Digital, Cloud, Robotics and Business Operations. Mahesh possesses a unique combination of experience across Technology. Mahesh is currently the CEO and Founder of qBotica , an Intelligent Automation and Robotics Process Automation firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies with its services.
